26.2 Reasons to Change Your Life! is a part digital solo-performance piece examining the damaging nature of the fitness industry of the female psyche, using Kate's auto-biographical experience of running the 2016 London Marathon.
During her training Kate was photographing and recording her experiences, and the difficulties she came up against in relating herself to perfect pinterest, instagrammy winning fitness models. This is a documentary style solo performance peice, part ted-talk, part cabaret, full insight into just how much 26.2 miles can change your mind, and your life. Expect tassels, cynicism and an instagram assault.
